Perhaps someone had already 'prepared' that one, because what I downloaded was a zip file of a folder of files. If you do not have the SR-1/SR-1a Update CD, download O2ksr1adl.exe. I had installed one for Office 2000 Service Release 1a (SR-1a) o2ksr1a, but that was downloaded from a third-party download site (because that one was removed from Microsoft's sites).Make sure that no users are connected to your Terminal Server.Log on as a member of the Administrators group.
